Almond milk latte. It still has 7-10 gms

- note cold brew(seeped coffee grounds over night) is different from iced coffee(coffee made in traditional manner, then iced)

Tea
Passion tazo tea iced without sweetener
-you can add a couple of “dehydrated limes” if available in your area

Easy Sabotages:
Chia Tea drinks: they can have a “concentrate” that can cause you to have 18gm carbs in a tall drink
Sous-vide egg bites: delicious but 9 carbs.
According to MyFitnessPal:
- 0.5teaspoons of the vanilla powder has 1-2 carbs. However some google searches say none. Basically verdict is out on this, especially since we can’t find an ingredient list.
